I recently bought the Meade LT6 SCT second hand, and it came with the Orion Starseek wifi control module. A previous owner (not the one I bought it from) had obviously used it as there were velcro strips attaching it to the mount.
When I connect it, the module shows connected, however, in Stellarium and Skysafari, I get an error message that the telescope is not responding, and to check if correct scope is selected. I have tried all the Meade options with no success
I am using the serial cable that came in the box with the Starseek module - not sure if I am missing something as there is another cable in the box.
Any ideas? Has anyone used this setup before?
