I have one of those smart watches - cost $60 at Amazon (ii.e. not the cheapest).
Blood pressure reading was hopeless compared to a real Omron blood pressure monitor that goes around upper arm.
REM sleep looked accurate at first. But then it showed me sleeping well when I knew I was awake.
If you look around YouTube, you'll find a guy with cheap, mid range and expensive smart watches, which supposedly measure blood sugar. He compares each to actual blood sugar readings from pricking his fingers and using a proper gadget, both before and after eating sugary stuff
Result - all the those watches were hopeless.
Regards.
