I've had this mount sitting around for ages, It was one of my first mounts and I used it often for observing the moon and planets etc and some astrophotography with a lighter payload.it's been lubricated and has had bearings added to make it much smoother and better to use.
It sits on an Eq5 tripod and is a breeze to use and set up. just note this is not for super duper full on multi night Astrophotography sessions but for a decent portable rig with a light payload it reaps its rewards. It guide well and does produce some very good results.
I've had it take 5 minute subs
with excellent results.
Comes with 3.5 kg and 1.25 kg counterweights as well.
Due to its size and weight it's pickup only unless you organise and pay for its postage I don't have time to do the freight. It may be costly to post due to the weight and the lack of boxes/packaging.
Pickup preferred otherwise it will be posted at buyer's expense.
Can arrange a meeting point as well centrally in Melbourne. It is bulky with the tripod so postage may be a little pricey
