That’s a pretty good first light with HST palette in Siril
Only my opinion but the Oiii channel could probably be tweaked to shift that mauve or lilac colour to more of a blue and the Ha channel tweaked to a golden tan.
Easy to say but hard to do with OSC data ( Mono data is breeze to tweak your colours in HST palette as you have significantly stronger signal with bonafide channels.

A quick question did you use any Deconvolution in Siril to improve the resolution ( de blur ) ? If not , might be worth a try especially when you’ve capture a boat load of data
