I know that eBay and Amazon have green lasers listed for sale, supposedly shipping from Australia. A lot of listings can be found that claim the power is 1mW and under but I'm skeptical as to whether or not this is factual. I feel like border security might nick your laser if it gets sent in from overseas.
Have you had any trouble from the coppers shining your laser (I'm assuming) into the night sky? I've wanted to strap a green laser to my scope to use for sighting objects, but the last thing I want is for the cops to rock up and fine me and/or confiscate my laser. I've had it since the early 2000's but because it's 5mW, it's 5 times the legal limit. A lot of planes pass over my house after takeoff too and I don't want to be causing trouble for the pilots.
