Sorry, I'm with Peter on this, I've bought a UPS (and lots of other stuff) from them and the cheapest batteries and electronics.
Jaycar WAS good back in the day, I was offered a job in their Hurstville store when studying electronics engineering, they only employed people with knowledge of electronics. Now they can't answer my simple questions and I AVOID them like the plague, I'll but anywhere in preference (mainly RS components)
Now they buy in a range of cheap Chinese crap mostly and inflate it significantly.
Many a member buy the vehicle jump starters for this purpose, more capacity than the item you've listed, heavier because they have a quality battery but highly regarded as good kit for the money.
