Temperature control on ASI2600MC Pro
I'm a bit concerned about my new 2600MC - in particular the amount of power it is drawing to cool. I've set it to -10C and the ambient is presently about 20C. ASIAIR shows it reaching the set temp OK but at 100%. All my other ASI ccds seem to operate at around 45-55% most of the time. I have run it powered by the ASIAIR and also on its own power supply but the result is the same.
The specs claim that the device can cool to 35C below ambient So I suppose I can't omplain too much. Even so, .could any other 2600MC user share their own experiences please?
