Hi guys this may seem strange but when i was in Darwin I did capture a ripper across the city.
At night I usually shoot at F/11, 200 ISO and manually for 1 second, however on this occasion i forgot to dial it back from F5.6 and although it is visible it has just blown out.
So using adobe is it possible to darken it and just fix it a bit.
Some advice would be most helpful if at all possible.
