Can only imagine situations as such, I only been 20k outside once during a morning fish, not a big boat, double axle trailer and 2 x 120hp 4strokes, Swell was around 3-4 meters, i was fine while powering out there but soon as stopped the rocking got me heaving overboard, good burley they called it

Yes I seen on other forum and reports, quite some storm indeed, apparently recorded 120K wind at Byron, massive Lightning and quite some left without power ?
