Filter glass thickness will add some distance to your backfocus calculation, not much however. 105mm using the f/7 reducer, plus 0.6mm for the filter.
At 105.3mm you should be very close.
Also, when calculating the backfocus I assume you begin from the metal back (the flat surface surrounding the glass) of the reducer?
