Also a presentation at the first Starstuff event. It was really interesting to see the difference between the two, where they were hamstrung the first time around due to the lack of an Aus space agency and we were not signatories to the treaties required for them to launch over a certain altitude, then the second time around which came after the agency was established and things looked much more hopeful.
