Camera now at repair centre in Sydney awaiting quote.
The company I can't remember the name of sent me a shipping label so I didn't have to pay and even sent packing suggestions to protect the camera. I thought that was a very nice touch because some people have no idea how to safely package some sensitive items.
The free postage, there's a minimum $99 charge so effectively I am covering it but with their shipping label there's no chance of any postal/addressing errors on my behalf.
I hope it's not too expensive to fix!
