Japanese brand but I believe this is the same as the Skywatcher Startravel 120mm f/5 big refractor. It comes with a pair of tube rings and removable lens hood.

Some scratches on the tube but (apart from some dusts) optics is in very good condition. Focuser shaft is slightly bent but absolutely no impact to use.

Price is $300 plus shipping. Mount, digital angle meter, diagonal, eyepiece not included. It has a removable built-in handle (last picture) which is included.
