As I could not attend, I've only recently caught up with the David Malin awards presentation online.
Though I was unofficially aware David was retiring and would not be attending 2025 it was very touching to see the standing ovation he deservedly received on that announcement.
Rating rather better than a mention in the "Astro-classifieds" is nice to see the Malin winners get TV coverage on the
Channel 7 news
