yup...that's about the practical limit of USB2...
FWIW, the 460mbs on the packaging is most likely 460mega
bit/s = 57.5mega
bytes. and that is the maximum theoretical throughput.
That's about as good as you're going to get in that configuration.
What Samsung SSD did you get?
