Thanks to you all.
OK, this eyepiece is made by Long Perng in Taiwan.
It has been extensively reviewed under several of the labels under which the eyepiece is and has been sold:
Founder Optics Marvel
Long Perng 80° Series LER
Orion LHD
Stella Lyra (FLO in UK) 80° LER UWA
Look for reviews and posts on CloudyNights Forums, Stargazer's Lounge
Forums, Sky Searchers Forums.
Long Perng does not sell direct to consumers, but their eyepieces have been sold by a number of different resellers. Their 80° series is relatively new, and was expensive when sold in the US.
The Founder Optics Marvel seems to be the least expensive version of the eyepiece, but check sale prices.

Note: though eye reliefs are listed as 20mm, due to a relatively stupid eyepiece design, they are NOT glasses-compatible unless you change the eyecup.

I compared the 14mm to the 14mm Baader Morpheus (78.3° apparent field as measured), and the Morpheus was a better eyepiece in all ways except sharpness, where they were equal. My main objection in the 14mm was EOFB (edge of field brightness) in the LP, but absent in the Baader.
