Yes the carbon newt is very stable and holds collimation well. I rarely have to tweak it.
My transition to the 2600MM from the 2600MC has been the biggest improvement under heavy LP skies, so much more detail , more signal , lower noise and it’s really nice to produce fair dinkum narrowband SHO renditions. The OSC 2600MC really struggled with the NB colour palette.
