3D printer Dew Shield for C14 ideas

Hi, I am thinking about 3D printing a Dew shield for my C14
I was looking at the Celestron Aluminium dew shield, but I think it is just way over priced for what they are.
I currently have a AstroZap one that wraps around and held by Velcro.
it sort of works, but as i run a Celestron dew heater and sometimes a Hyperstar, the 3 cable that come out and over the tube cause more issues when trying to get a good tight fit.

So I have designed a 3D printed version to allow for these cables to run through and have a nice tight fit.

The question is though, dose anyone have any suggestions on what thickness I should make this Dew Shield, i was looking at 5mm, but i am thinking maybe I should go to 10mm thickness.
It will be 400mm long
It will take approximately 50 hours to print

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Cheers.
