Hi Mike, the video
sort of resembles the brighter parts of it, visually, although the colours were a lot more subtle in reality, but discernible. As was contrast. What this really does not show is the fainter features, which covered a lot more area and were similar in brightness to the Milky Way, which runs along the top of the frame but isn't really visible in the video either. Crux and part of Centaurus are, though.
