"The Clavius Cleft"

Hi all,
Took a shot of Clavius this morning about 4:30am. The rim and some floor features were all that was left to see as the shadows progressed.

I noticed a distinctly straight edge to the light on part of the floor and realised it was probably shining through a narrow pass in the rim. There is a strongly illuminated area just on the rim that looks like a good candidate.

My wife has dubbed it "The Clavius Cleft". I've never seen this before and encourage everyone to get a picture next time it appears to try and locate the cleft.

Rather unpretty picture = ZWO 178mm camera, Celestron 9.25" telescope. 3,000 frames stacked in Autostakkert!3 and 3% sharpened in Registax.
