I had a look in Stellarium for this object and it’s certainly a small faint nebula , you have to zoom in quite a bit to see this little gem
You’ve done extremely well to expose so much detail with a smallish scope relatively short focal length with a OSC dualband set up.
Was this captured under dark skies or Sydney’s horrible Skyglow ?
