This Lunt 40 is a great little solar telescope, perfect as an intro to solar observing. It's a 40mm Hydrogen Alpha scope with the Lunt B500 blocking filter. The sun looks amazing in hydrogen alpha, especially at the moment with all the solar activity. You can see surface details, prominences, etc. Lots to study. Can also be double stacked later if you're keen.

In great condition, just the typical marks on the dovetail, otherwise all clean. They're $1600-1700 new (e.g. Bintel). Includes:

- Lunt B500 (5mm) blocking filter/diagonal
- Vixen style dovetail
- TeleVue Sol Searcher sun-finder
- Original box with custom foam insert
- Instructions
