I found a small Tactix case in Bunnings yesterday that I've adapted to fit my small collection of old eyepieces such as Plossls, Ultimas, etc. The case comes as a twin pack for $11 so it's very cheap. The top section has removable dividers but the rest is fixed.
I also bought a couple of packs of adhesive EVA pads to create padding in each section of the case. I wasn't trying to make each eyepiece fit snugly, just to give a bit of cushioning.
My intention was just to have something that allows me to keep my old EPs together and make it easy to take them outside when I feel like some old school observing.
Eyepieces from top left to right are:
- Celestron Silvertop Plossl 26mm
- Celestron Ultima 35mm
- Tele Vue Plossl 21mm
- Astro Tech High Grade Plossl 12.5mm with shortened barrel
- Meade Series 3000 Plossl 40mm
- Meade Super Plossl 15mm
- Celestron Ultima 18mm
- Celestron Ultima 12.5mm
