Yeah it’s the trend at the moment with a few different all-in-one setups available now but this one certainly would provide a substantial performance boost over its rivals. But this does come at a steep cost as well.
This is essentially an evolution 6 with Hyperstar, asi178mc camera and an ASIAIR+. You could put all of this together yourself for $4750 (say $5k with cables and extras) and you still have the flexibility of a scope that can do visual or longer focal length imaging. Buuuuut, you’d also have to go through the process of learning how to piece it all together and I guess some people want the results from day one and this would certainly do that.
