Thanks Ja, your last post caused me to think. I am wanting a nice bass sound not actually the Ruark sub. So I will need to visit the hifi store that sells the same Ruark speakers that I have and listen with various subs connected.
I'm not am audiophile but when I found that music with a subwoofer sounds so lush I decided I need a sub. My current sub is my 2nd but I haven't got the right feel/mood yet.
