Take it easy Alan, don't overdo anything and anything out of the ordinary you get straight back to John Hunter hospital.
I changed my habits quite a bit after those experiences but I still smoke, some people are just too stupid for their own good. I swear I've cut down considerably and plan on giving up before I turn 64 in 2 weeks.
