Hi Bobby,
As the image is reversed, it's a simple matter of reversing all movements.
Tilting the mirror down, will show the zenith, panning east, will be viewing what lies west. Once one gets the hang of it, it then becomes instinctive. Years ago I built a 12'' Dobsonion Binocular telescope. Same principle applies.
