This is junk email, right? What is your email provider? (Gmail, Yahoo, Proton, etc, etc) There should be some way of accessing Alice's mailbox from a web browser on her computer and then tagging each spam email as 'SPAM' so that it gets added to your provider's anti-spam catalogue.
If it's the notifications on the phone to say "Hey! You have a new email." then that can be turned off (or at least you should be able to) in the application on the phone itself. (ie, the email still arrives in your inbox but you don't get pinged with a notification. But go and tag all the email as spam.)
If you're with (for example) Google, and you're still getting spammed, then the only real option is to create a new email address and use that. Yes, this is a real pain, as you have to update all your contacts and every single website or service that uses the old email address.
