I rarely ever rode on the road ... riding the track was tame compared to riding on the road.

Jet has a brother " Hunter" who is doing quiet well in the 250cc class. His family took the boys to Europe and then USA for experience and they went thru tuff times but fortunately all their efforts are being rewarded.

Moto Cross is extremely physically demanding ( and mentally) with heart rate running at up to 200 bmp at the start ( be in a start and you can understand why) and during the race around 180 bmp... similar to downhill ski racing.

I recall a moto I was in...35 starters in each race...in each race I was lapped twice by riders 1 to 4 and came fifth and last in each race..yes..last in each race because 30 riders dropped out due to physical exhaustion. Although I placed fifth and last I was very pleased as the 4 riders in front were perhaps the best in the state at the time.

But every day I would work out by running and weight lifting ... just like these days well I do move my legs for 15 minutes to be able to sortta walk

But I still do exercise most every day by way of stretching and movement also light weights cause I think it really helps your attitude.
