Sunny Sunday with average seeing 30 July 2023

We woke to another sunny morning
It was forecast to cloud over and start raining by the afternoon but gave plenty of time to do some imaging. The conditions were quite windy and average seeing. We deleted all of our 540nm captures. There was a twisted filament between the new incoming region AR3391 and AR3387. There was an impressive filaprom in the north west with a semi detached prom. There was some flaring in quite a few of the active regions - all great to see.
