You forgot Yes and Jethro Tull.

Taylor Swift does not do much for me, but she does at least seem to have talent rather than just being a manufactured "Star" relying on someone else to write songs and autotune to perform them. I just don't find much modern music that appeals to me for more than a very casual listen now and again.

That said, the younger generation surprise you now and again, my 14 year old (Some years ago, probably when he was 8 or 9) was in the car with me one time and Black Sabbath's Iron Man popped up in the playlist, and he piped up from the back seat "We were listening to this in music class at school" and he wanted it replayed a couple of times. Just recently after I subjected him to it, he promptly added Jethro Tull's Thick as a Brick to his playlist!
