Help required – reading a FITS File that hosts Quasar data
I found an on-line file of a list of Quasars (DR16Q_Superset_v3.fits) which I believe is a Table or Listing of Quasars.

I cannot open this FITS file with my Astro Imaging apps such as PixInsigth, CCDStack, FITS Liberator, etc.

Does anyone know of a Windows 10 64 Bit app that can open this flavour of FITS Files?
