Sky-Watcher 130PDS $300 pick-up only

Sky-Watcher 130PDS

$300 Pick-up only in Chelsea, VIC

The Sky-Watcher 130PDS is widely regarded as the bang-for-buck king of budget astrophotography. It was my first telescope and it captured some images that truly took my breath away. I honestly don't think it possible to get better results for less money.

Purchase in June 2022 this OTA is still in excellent condition. I modified it to include a second dovetail saddle on the back of the tube to mount a guide scope. This helps you achieve perfect balance if you plan to mount a lot of gear to the front such as an astronomy camera, filter wheel and auto-focuser. If you plan to use it with a DSLR (as I did when I started) then you can achieve balance whether the guide camera is mounted the the front or the back.

Included:
- Sky-Watcher 130 PDS
- Sky-Watcher 8x50 finder scope
- Sky-Watcher 28mm 2" LET eyepiece
- Tube rings and dovetail bar
- 2" - 1.25" adapter

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

I also have a Baader MPCC coma corrector which I used with this scope listed for sale separately. Pick-up both for $450.
