After bloodhound's video links to those great youtube vid's, I became inspired to see if I could make a slideshow with music of our shots of our website ect. and upload to YouTube myself - well after much frustration I made my first blockbuster
, but when uploaded to youtube, they mangled and reduced it too much for my liking.
So I have uploaded it to my personal webspace instead - I have been interested in combining my two great passions for a while after trying to make a dvd for my mate and myself a while ago - I noticed a soundtrack makes it interesting to view, something any film maker would know, take music out of a lot of movies these days and they would seem pretty dull possibly.
Anywayz - did use panning and zooming in imovie, (while it looked awesome, it didnt like it and behaved buggily, at least in 10.3.9 - need to start using 10.4.+ possibly,) which also made the file gigantic
, none of them seem to like 'dissolve' between shots, except when you make a dvd, idvd works nice. anyway blah blah, so used iphoto instead, which was also buggy for this! buggy mac proggies, i'm shocked!
