HC usually means Hand Controller.

You can share the log here and we can take a look to see if there's anything weird happening in NINA.

That said, I know the NINA devs don't really put as much effort into the 32bit side. Dale once called it "best effort". You should ask your focuser provider to create a 64bit app. It's 2023!!
