Well I am so very happy to hear first that you have had the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful medical system and the fantastic staff that we are priveledged to enjoy in this wonderful country of ours and more so secondly that all is OK for you as I have been somewhat concerned Leon ever since you raised the prospect of something of concern a little while back...
Now a little advice Leon...we overlook the impact of "self talk" upon our being..I am sure that what you constantly tell yourself manifests dramatically and so I strongly suggest not to say to the world or yourself that you have a bad memory because I think your mind will work hard to deliver the picture you constantly paint for it.
I once thought my memory was getting bad and started telling myself my memory was bad until one day I pulled myself up and resolved to self talk in a more positive fashion.
Now after I spent some time searching for something and finding it I made I point of saying to myself " You really have a good memory don't you as you remember leaving that "item" there"...now as simple as that self talk was I can now boast a rather decent memory.
AND positive self talk is worthwhile in so many areas...I feel my positive self talk over the past two years has played a very large part in me not only surviving everything that was thrown at me but to be able look at the past two years and see them as the most valuable years of my entire life.
Again very happy to read your post Leon.
