I got into soooo much trouble with my doc for the '5 big spoons of milo' part alone! I think the rest would give *him* the heart attack!
I now settle for those low sugar tubes of powdered mint chocolate with hot water up at the dome now.
Hope the roof behaves a bit more for you now.
