It was modified by Astronomiser in the UK who specialise in modifying DSLR's for astrophotography.

This was my first (in my mind) serious step into astrophotography when I purchased this (with 10k shutter count) and the ASIAIR Pro. I absolutely love it, however I eventually had funds to purchase a 533MC Pro. I was planning on keeping this for wide field astrophotography but I've just avoided changing my setup, most likely out of pure laziness.
It comes with the following:
Canon 1200D (IR Filter replaced with clear glass)
Astronomik Clip in CLS Filter
1 x Original Battery
1 x Original single Battery Charger
2 x Aftermarket Batteries
1 x Aftermarket double battery charger
1 x Dummy DC Battery (Works wonderfully with ASIAIR)
1 x USB mini to USBA Cable for connection to computer/ASIAIR
1 x Box and original accessories i.e neck strap, CD's, Instructions
I forgot to confirm the shutter count prior to leaving for work but will check tonight.
Although they're compressed heavily, please see below the images I've taken with this camera. It also worked surprisingly well with my Optolong L-Ultimate Narrowband Filter (1st Photo).
