Hi P&C,
Yes, I am shooting through a diagonal, need it to get the backfocus. Also on An Alt-Az mount, so field rotation is an issue as well...
I don't really notice as I can compare mirror images (something to do with an organic chemistry background). I'll try to flip and rotate in future.
