[Averton (P and C)]

At 5am yesterday morning the sky was perfectly clear, with stars and a beautiful moon overhead. By the time the Sun rose, the sky was solidly covered with clouds that persisted until around midday. We put out the SSM and the seeing was atrocious - averaging 5-6 arc seconds. So we decided to wait and try and capture something just before the sun set behind the house. The seeing had improved somewhat by 5pm for an average of 3.0 with a standard deviation of 0.7. With limited time we took a two panel full disk mosaic in Ha, a full disk in 393nm and some closeups in 540nm which was definitely pushing the point.
