I have the Touptek 571, and have been using it for about 12 months. No issues with it with NINA. Cooling performance is the same as my ZWO cameras, and fit and finish is as good, if not slightly better.
Only real complaint I have is that there is no tilt adjustment which is a problem with my RASA, but its a great camera for the price.
