The fact that so much energy has been devoted to mere fiction and make believe does not cause humans to question their behaviour seems lost on all and I wonder if such would be noticed above other strange patterns if we were being examined by an alien species.
Does our propensity to indulge limitless fiction and primitive superstition entitle us to call our species intelligent?
And of course if the items in the photo were to be auctioned many humans would clamour to offer money in exchange for ownership which somehow must further errode any claim to meaningful intelligence.
