Elon has posted a couple of Tweets that clear up some points. He says it was a full duration static fire. Further, he points out that the booster design has sufficent thrust, even if having lost two engines, to get a fully loaded Starship to orbit. With a Starship on top, and no payload, there is no issue with orbital flight. Never the less, the two engines are likely to be swapped out, before the orbit flight. I suspect another static fire, after the engine swap.
