I used to use it. It was my first foray into astro-editing. But I just have never been a fan of the StarTools colour output and control options for it. I think it's the weakest part of the software, which is a shame, because the rest is very good. Although the wipe module did my head in for ages.

thanks for the comparisons, Martin. Indeed, this seems like it's done a very good job. Probably better than BlurX as well, with no "ethical" issues around Machine Learning...
