Price Drop: Skywatcher Evoguide 50 + Accessories

Purchased this nice bit of kit to do some imaging while away on trips and holidays. Other priorities have taken over and I got no time to use this equipment. I used it for the first time a few days ago and it worked a treat. Now it's up for sale.

The Evoguide 50 was designed as a guidescope but it can be used for imaging if you have the right field flat to go with it. It's a tiny little scope and very, very portable.

Aperture: 50mm
Focal Length: 242mm

This is the v2 kit with the dovetail and proper tube rings.

I wanted to use it for imaging so I purchased the Starizona Field Flat v2 which is a dedicated field flat for this scope. Skywatcher make one but it isn't as good as the Starizona as you can't get a DSLR into focus. The version 2 allows you to use a DSLR at 55mm and also a cooled astro camera.

I have also custom desiged myself and 3D printed my own bracket so I can add a finderscope or mini guidescope for imaging as the original bracket did not accomodate this. The original bracket will also be included.
There is also a fine focus handle which I added to help fine tune focus.

What is included in this great pack?
- Skywatcher Evoguide 50 + original bracket
- Starizona Field Flat dedicated for this scope
- 1.25" adapter
- 3D custom printed bracket
- Findershoe bracket
- Fine focus handle

Will supply the original packaging.

If you were to purchase all this RRP you are looking at almost $700 shipped from different sellers.

I am asking $540 + shipping (or $540 pickup).

If interested, I have a dew strap that I used (+$30 if you would like it).

I have included a 10 minute live stacked sub I took. This was unguided as I forgot to bring my guiding setup on the weekend but I must say the results are pretty decent for unguided. I only changed the levels using PixInsight, didnt change the colour. The potential is actually quite big if you do a Google on what some others have gotten. This was taken with a Player One - Neptune C camera.

Please see my other listings. I am selling off other gear I no longer need (also a mini guidescope which would be great to use with this setup).
