Looks very similar to my old portable setup that I replaced last year with the GM-8

It's amzing though what can be achieved with these entry level mounts! I used to do film exposures up to 40 minutes manually guiding mine, even manually turning the wheel when the RA motor wasn't working! Did that up to 22mins.
