Stacked/mosaic in APP.
BlurX->NoiseX->GHS (2 passes)->LRGBcombination(No L, chrominance NR on)->Curves(desaturate, touch of contrast)->StarX->SCNR(green 19%)->yellow mask->Curves(bring up the red and decrease blue & green a touch)->rescreen stars.
I reckon it could do with RGB stars and I would have, if not for the clouds for days.

There are pixelmath "recipies" for synthetic S2 if you're inclined.
