How much overlap are you using between frames? It looks quite small but it could be just the way IIS has presented the image. For terrestrial panos using a DSLR I use about 30% overlap and sometimes more - up to 50%. It might be different for astroimagery, but I’d suggest having a reasonable size overlap to giving your integration software the best chance possible of aligning stars and smoothy blending the various frames. Sorry if this is telling you how to suck eggs.

Plenty of overlap Alex, 30% I think it was when I set it up. It looks less because ASTAP had real problems figuring out where the new panels should have gone & didn't get close.
