using pay pal on ebay
Last year I had problems in using Pay Pal on Ebay. This was resolved at the time but I am now having difficulty as it appears that Ebay has again changed the rules. I attempted to resolve this both with Pay Pal and Ebay but each time I received the old razzle dazzle. Can anyone help? Peter
