I am hoping that Mike will get some great FWHM figures and I'm thinking about the future of his observatory site.
Could it encourage collaboration with other imagers who have even more advanced telescopes
such as the Alluna Optics Alluna RC-16 with adaptive optics such
as Peter Ward is using - to set up their equipment there? -
or maybe even larger telescopes?
Such telescopes have much longer back focus which allows for
adaptive optics to be installed.
If this El Niņo wet weather event ends and we get some dry weather
there could be many nights of sub 1 arc second seeing.
